This amazing experience lasts approximately 3 hours, including an hour in flight. Our hot air balloon can accommodate one to four passengers at a time. To ensure a romantic experience, ask about our exclusive flight options. Advance reservations must be made for this experience. The pilot will confirm your flight time with you on the evening before your flight date. In the event of inclement weather conditions, you may book the next available reservation. Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card are accepted for payment. Flights are available 7 days a week except Christmas and Thanksgiving. Hot Air Balloon Policies
- Up to 4 adult passengers per flight (minimum of two passengers to fly)
- Passengers must be 18 years of age or older with a maximum weight limit of 225 lbs. each
- Flights can originate at Fantasy of Flight or local/surrounding areas
- Launching is by 7 am – you meet at 6am at Fantasy of Flight **
** Launching time varies depending upon the season and daylight savings. - Experience is approx. 2.5 hours, including travel time, inflation/deflation & return travel
- Pilot will confirm flight time & weather the evening prior to flight date by approx. 8pm
- In the event of inclement flying conditions, each passenger may use his/her payment in full or select a certificate to book the next available reservation within one year from purchase. Refunds are the exception, subject to review, and are only granted in the case of inclement weather. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
- A cancellation fee of $35 per person will apply should you cancel your flight.
Payment Requirements
Full payment is required at the time of making the reservation. Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover are accepted. Personal checks are not allowed.
- Base Price: $175.00 per person (flights are minimum 2 people) and Fantasy of Flight reserves the right to place another person or couple on same flight.
- Exclusivity for Two: $475.00 per couple
- Gift Certificates: May be purchased for gifts and are also required to be paid in full at time of purchase and are non-refundable. Recipient may determine date of flight at a later time; expires one year from date of purchase.
- Cancellation fees above will apply as deemed necessary. (Pricing subject to changes)
